After an upgrade to 6.3 and now 6.4 I am having an issue where I'm running under a 30 day trial plan and cannot be controlled by the connected DJ equipment.  I have an INTERFACE 2 and had no issues prior to the upgrades, Under the documentation it states that the INTERFACE 2 is compatible and an unlocking device. 

Has it changed or am I missing something.

A trial plan can be activated to test out the CREATIVE plan features. It's possible that's what happened, but at the end of the 30 days it will revert to the free plan.

You should still be able to use the IF2 without any issue.
