Device Library is Corrupted

Hello,

I got the message “device library is corrupted and ask for delete”.

The drive that is corrupted includes my full iTunes library. iTunes can still read properly all the music.

Could you please let me know what I should do step by step ?

Should I delete the library and start over ?
