Crackling/Buzzing Sound from Rekordbox with XDJ-RR

Ive switch to another laptop for music. It has 6gigs of ram available.
I'm getting a crackling sound and occasional buzzing.
I tried with out the power cord and I've changed the usb cord to another and i still have the sound.

It actually fixed it's self for 2-3 weeks and now is back with nothing changing. I'm a Twitch streamer and I need my audio 100%

I'm using a XDJ-rr and didnt have this issue with the previous laptop which was much older.

Please help :)
