channels xdj-r1 do not respond on rekordbox
Hello, when i use rekordbox i cannot control the master / channels / crossfader (the midsection) with my xdj-r1 controller. It doesn't respond. How can i solve this?

This diagram shows all the functions controlled by the hardware.
On a Mac, it's a plug-and-play device, but on a PC you need to install the drivers. If you are still unable to control the software, open the MIDI panel and check to see if the XDJ-R1 appears as the device listed at the top left of the window.
