error countdown bars cdj3000

I have a xdj xz and two cdj 3000, when I mark a memory cue in a song, the xdj xz counts the bars to 0 perfect, and counts the 0 right where the memory cue mark is, but the cdj 3000 counts me the 0 just a beat before the memory cue, this happens to me in 95% of the songs, in the xdj it works well however in the 3000 it doesn't
