XDJ-XZ: No Audio coming through on BUTT

Hi there, 

For some reason, despite the fact that audio signal comes through fine on both OBS and Rekordbox, I cannot get a signal to pull through BUTT when recording for radio. 

I really need a fix for this as I stream often. I had a similar issue with my old DJM-450 mixer but was able to resolve by changing the output channels on the DJM-450 Utility app. However I cannot do this same fix for the XDJ-XZ as the options are not available. 

Please advise!! Someone... pretty please!
