Squeaky bearings... or something rubbing, never heard it quite like that before. Unfortunately nobody here is able to provide you with instructions on disassembly, modification, or repair, of your Pioneer DJ hardware, so I will direct you to contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your XDJ inspected and/or repaired.
