Echo FX not working on DDJ-RB

I've had my DDJ-RB for 18 months now and since updating to rekordbox 5.0.0/1 the echo FX has been replaced with what sounds like a noise/reverb type effect. I've tried alternating between the three dot/one dot options for FX yet it makes no difference.

Really would love a fix for this as I use the echo a lot!
