xdj-rx crashing

hi my xdj-rx has crashed a few times now. its usually running through rekordbox on my laptop. the memory and ram is fine so no issues there. its when i load a track i get unexpected application error,, when i restart rekordbox and load the same track it runs fine so i cant work out where the issue is. its happened on a at least 4 different tracks now on a night out and its killing me
