my sb arrived today, have installed lastest firmware and updates, there is a message saying hardware disconnected. I am importing my music now, but it only shows one track play on, not two. how do I enable my hardware? and how do I make the ful screen appear?

Presuming you're using Serato DJ, which version are you using and on what operating system?
