Waveform changes when I play it in Rekordbox

Waveform changes when I play it in Rekordbox

When I look at my tracks in Rekordbox and with the Preview selected I see my nice waveform with the structured intro / breakdowns etc ....

When I then drag this to one of the players at the top of Rekordbox this is lost after the first 4 bars the image changes to just a load of spikes, very frustrating ....

Any help appreciated

Have you re-analysed your tracks after updating to 4.x? Try selecting all your tracks, right-click and select Add New Analysis Data.

Thanks for looking ....

The image is what displayed in the preview of the main area within RB,

When I now drag up to the one of the players it stays the same but after a bar or so changes in to the following wave formation ....

Maybe its working as it should, I just don't find it as clear ?

Now all my tracks have changed to the view in the second picture, so dark blue and detailed
