Don't have a box for rekordbox video

I have a show in two days that I was going to use rekordbox video for and now there isn't even a checkbox for the video option. I had disabled a previous subscription but reactivated it just recently. Under my activation licenses it shows that my video subscription expired on 12/31/1969 and I get an error code when I try and deactivate it and put in the code again.
