BPM and master BPM feature not working

My software was totally fine but then it randomly crashed my computer, and when I came back, a lot of stuff got messed up:

Whenever I load many of my tracks, it doesn't put them in their actual bpm but a BPM that's -0.2% off from the original.

Additionally, the master channel feature stopped automatically switching/turning on. Usually, I DJ in 150 and keep bpm sync on, and the master channel starts off as the first song I load in, and then it switches to a different channel to make sure that 150 stays as the master BPM. Now, the master feature won't even turn on automatically, and won't switch decks except manually. What do I do to fix these things?

I'm using Rekordbox 6 and have a DDJ-1000
