XDJ R1 problems again/still!

Hi.

About a year ago i wrote my problems with R1 here (http://forums.pioneerdj.com/hc/communities/public/questions/203110609--CLOSED-XDJ-R1-1-09-Not-all-right?locale=en-us&page=3).

I waited so much time, but since that, that problems still haven't got resolved, not saying that I also came across with new problems. Eg. the crossfader sometimes works totally wrong. I've updated the firmware to 1.12.

Please fix them in the next firmware update.
