DJM-450 vs Rekordbox and 11th Gen Intel processor
Hi there
I have a Dell XPS 13 with a 11th Gen Intel Processor and just updated Rekordbox to the latest version, plus my BIOS - Recordbox still cant recognise it. I also deinstalled the audio drivers and renewed them from Dells website. I can see the DJM-450 properly recognised/installed in the device manager.
Any hints what more I could do? Would be highly apreciated!

Hi Christian,
Sorry to hear about that - I thought Dell had provided updates for their machines as we saw them and HP as the first to roll out fixes.
You say that the DJM is showing up as a USB device, does it appear under the audio devices of the Device Manager?
yes its listed below audio-, video- and game controllers
so you mean there's nothing I can do right now?
Okay, so the computer is recognizing it... what's not working?
the DJM-450 cant be used in combination with the Free Plan
Yes it can:
The DJM-450 is a free hardware-unlock device for DJ and DVS functionality.
Yes I know that, wouldnt have bought it otherwise - there must be an issue with the latest 11th Gen Intel Processor - as described above - that's why I'm asking for ideas/support here. Thank you.
Again, you'll have to contact Dell for an update to their system.
