USB connection problem ddj sr
So I am trying tro figure out what is wrong here, My ddj sr always fired up right away, connection ffine and everything and now when I plug it into my computers usb port it perpetually connects and disconnects. Serato recognizes that the controller is trying to connect and sync but it just keeps disconnecting and reconnecting.. Anyone else have this problem or know a possible diagnosis?

Sorry for the delayed response. Have you got this sorted yet?
If not, try replacing the USB cable and trying a different USB port on your computer.
Not yet sorted, Ive tried different cables and also noticed that my computers usb ports will not communicate with other usb devices/midi controllers.. Ive updated all drivers.. The computer depending on the device will recognize that there is a device but all devices seem to be unresponsive.
Sounds like your computer isn't supplying enough power to the devices via the USB ports. Try using a powered USB hub. If this works, then we know the computer is having a USB port issue.
