USB probelms!
HELP!!!! So i go to plug my USB in and all it says is contents, it doesnt load my crates from rekordbox, extremely annoying. Ive tried everything i can think, wiping the usb clean and we loading songs, disk utility, updating firmware, you name it. All my old usb' 2.0 work fine. they are all 32gb. I'm not understanding the issue and i cant find anything online.
I also tried calling pioneer and they were quite useless kinda disappointing considering you guys are the industry standard.

Make sure your device is formatted with FAT32. Is the new USB device also 32 GB? If so, if it's on the wrong side, if only by a few bytes, (too large), it won't be possible to format the USB device correct from a PC, because it will suggest only eFat or NTFS. eFat, at least before, could be read as an OK USB device by RB, and you could export just fine, but of course, in the players nothing would show. In that case, the small freeware guiformat.exe saves the day. Google it, dl to desktop and run it. No install needed.
If that is not the problem there may be a problem with how that new USB device fits in the port of the player. Not very common, but it's the only time I've ever had a problem with a USB-device that otherwise works perfect everywhere else.
they are both formatted to Fat 32, everyone keeps telling me that but its the issue. They are Lexar USB 32G. super annoying!!! I can't find anything online, and tried calling Pioneer and they were useless
