Ddj rxz waveforms

I have purchased a used ddj rzx and cannot use the waveform in the center screen without purchasing a video license,,, this is the top flight controller from pioneer surely this shluld work without payin extra for another license,, is there any way to solve this pioneer as another $150 dollars is quite steep just to get the waveforms on the screen Cheers Jamie
