Updating USB changes back to software on laptop

Hi all

Basically i want to update additional changes from usb to rekordbox after performing. For instance when i quantize tracks within the cdj.

So i olug my usb in to laptop and then right click import settings, correct?
Or do i click update collection?

Right-click on the drive and click Update Collection.
