Not getting sound sound from my SZ
I just upgraded from an SX to an SZ.. SX ran with 0 issues, now after hooking up my SZ today I have no sound coming from my master out 1, and poor weak/ quality audio coming from my master out 2. I am using a Macbook pro 2015 retina I updated the firmware for the SZ I tried a fresh download of Serato, checked the in/outgoing audio settings on my mac, Serato showing the SZ in connected.
Completely stumped.

Did you install the SZ driver?
I did yes and it said it installed successfully as well
When I hooked up the SZ and launched Serato it asked on the lower right of the the screen under "my serato" to download driver and update firmware so those were the 1st steps I took, when I still had no sound I attempted to download outside of Serato
I ran into issue in apple system preference to allow 3rd party downloads accepted the download etc.
I have sound in my headphone cue and sound from master out 2 but quality is poor. I 're hooked up the SX and no issues at all
Pretty stumped on this 🤔
@Trent > Can you please try downloading and installing the firmware and drivers direct from the Pioneer DJ site?

Im Having a lot of issues with my DDjsz i have bad quality sound coming out of it and i also get a buzzing sound from i as well
