DDJ-SX3 Headphone Input Failing
I have a DDJ-SX3 that I purchased in April 2019 and recently have been having issues with the audio coming thru the headphones. It only comes thru both ears when holding the jack in a certain position. Without the pressure the sound doesn't come thru the left ear at all. I have tested this with 3 different headphones and end up with the same result. Can anyone from Pioneer help me address this issue?

Does this happen with both the 1/4" and 1/8 mini inputs?
Yes, it happens on both 1/4" and 1/8"
