delay headphone and master output

Hi guys,

I am using Rekordbox on Catalina with the latest 5.8 update. Even with this latest version I have this annoying delay between headphone and master output.

I read about setting different latency's but I can't figure out how to do this or make it work.

I tried the audio/midi config of OSX, but there is now latency delay correction. With Rekordbox you can set buffer size but from the smallest to the biggest also does not work.

The delay is too big to really use the headphone together with output to mix (old fashion way)

I really hope there is a setting I can use to make this work???
