DJS-1000 Internal Storage Empty
Ive just got my brand new DJS 1000. But the internal memory is empty no Demo Kits, no pre installed sounds can be called up.

3. Internal
there should be samples and demo kits stored in the device?
Any idea?

Hi Ingo, that is very strange that there is no factory content in your DJS-1000.
Here are the files that you can download and load in via USB.

Hi Ingo. You are correct. There should be demo kits / samples in the internal memory of the DJS.
Which firmware is your DJS currently running (hold UTILITY > scroll to Version No.).
Are you able to load samples from a USB drive?

I contacted the shop (https://www.dj-technik.de) where i purchased the unit. They contacted Pioneer directly, with the result that the Unit was sent directly to Pioneer Service to reinstall the unit. 2 weeks later I got my Sampler back, now it works fine, all samples installed (finally). According to Pioneer DJ, the internal storage can't be installed outside the factory.
