[CLOSED] DDJ-SZ play/pause button issue
Hello-
I am having an issue with my new DDJ-SZ controller. When pressing the play button to start a track, it often "Chirps" the first beat of the song and stops. It is almost like play never really engages, it just starts when the button is pressed only. It is sporadic, but does it more than often on either left or right side deck. This is most inconvenient when starting a mix at the last available second, and it never starts messing up the mix. When it happens, I have to re-cue the track and start over.. only to have it happen again sometimes. Here is video of it happening http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G9tLlvJQ8sg

serato version 1.6.3, and latest firmware in DDJ-SZ.
@Dominick > It seems that the button is registering a double press - as you can see the cue button flashes (meaning the player is in pause mode). Does it happen with both sides of the SZ or one side more than the other?
It happens on both sides, the same way.
Any suggestions/comments/ideas?
Anyone from pioneer tech out there? I sent an email too a few days ago, no response.
