Headphone issue with my DDJ-RZX

I'm facing this issue since day one and I'm not able to mix any songs

sound is playing to my speakers but i cant hear deck 2 to cue next track through headphones
I did all set up everything updated last version of recordbox my laptop is qualified I'm using HDJ 2000
I followed this instructions

Make sure your Headphone mix knob is set to "CUE" and not "MASTER".

Once it is set to "CUE", you can press the CUE button above the channel fader of the channel you want to hear in your headphones, and it will not play the master output through the headphone output. You will be able to hear the selected channel only.
The thing is when I press CUE the sound comes from the speakers not from the Headphone
