recorderbox cloud sync

i have my library uploaded to dropbox from my external drive if i unplug my external hardrive fom my laptop  if i have a internet connection will i be able to use the cloud to play music but do i have to move my data base to my laptophardrive for this to work everything is converted to recorderbox dj 6,0,2 i have the creative plan also please help
