Lighting scene/track editor strobes

While i see how it makes sense that strobes are happening if the scrubber is sitting on one while paused; i'm trying to edit light shows and i'm getting a headache because a lot of the time while i'm adjusting things on the track, i can't help but have the scrubber sitting on a strobe.

We either need a black out button, or maybe when it's paused, it ignores strobes. In addition to that idea, you should be able to see the strobe for the selected fixture only as you are adjusting the frequency, like while that dialog box is up.
