S11 Pads Too Sensitive
I just bought a brand new S11 and seem to have a problem with the pads. They are too sensitive. If I hit the pads or even just tap the mixer surface near the pads, it'll trigger some of the other pads.
Although I am a new owner of the S11, I am not new to using the S11. I've been using the S11, and before that, the S9, for years and years so I am very familiar with using them. The issue described happened during regular use at a gig, so I was not banging on the pads unusually hard compared to how I normally hit the pads.
Has other folks experienced this? Is this something that'll change with mixer "break-in"? Or do I just have a defective mixer?

I've had the S11 for 10 months and the pads work as expected. They should not trigger other pads or self-trigger when you finger gets close to them. Definitely will not get better after break in period.
Sounds like you may need to contact support or replace the unit.
If it triggers other pads it definitely sounds like a defect.
I have had my unit since november 2020, never had any of this.
