Fader Ink needs touching up HOW?
Hi as you can see from the picture the ink on the faders are fading away, is there any way i can retouch these?
or a solution to this issue?

Consider buying a skin (vinyl overlay) instead of trying to touch-up the paint. There are several who can custom make them or you can choose from pre-made designs.
