DDJ 400 BROWSER ISSUE

Good morning, I bought the console a year ago and had not had any problems until a while ago, when I want to browse the list of songs with the search button, the browser does not work well, it jumps between the songs, it goes for any side, for the beginning, end or in the middle of the list, on the other hand I also have another problem and that is that the songs already used do not mark me in green, what could be happening? I already uninstalled and reinstalled the program and remains the same.
