Sync Manager
Rekordbox sync management - no device
I’ve just downloaded the latest version of recordbox, when i go to sync management to send my playlists to my usb and go to select a device there is ‘(no choice)’ and everything is greyed out. My laptop and usb are brand new and my usb is formatted fat32. Any help appreciated thanks. I am using Windows

Have you tried exporting without the Sync Manager?
ii have exactly the same problem with out sync manager i can export but in th sync manager there is no choise for device and everything is greyed out
5.8.6 version with windows 10
