RMX-1000-M

I have the updates 2.2 firmware & 2.12 software on the RMX-1000. I tiried 2 diffrent USB-cables and 2 different computers. When connecting the RMX-1000 there is connection visible and respons when de knob 'user' is selected. I should put the switch to 'default'. So i did. Even there is connection the buttons and knobs are not correspondending whit each other. On 1 computer the knob are reacting to the wrong buttons. And the other computer the is not any responding. What can I do?
