900 Nexus / 2000 Nexus Loop issue

Hi,

New here and new to RB so please be kind!! I am a convert from Serato and have had a little issue. I set some loops in RB - all good. Played out on 2000's and the loops kicked in at the right places so no problems. Recently had to use 900's and when I loaded any track that had loops set, the track would only start (cue) from where the loops started.

Any help appreciated.
