Rekordbox 6 issue
I've just imported my library over to Rekordbox 6. Upon loading a track onto a deck, the hotcues appear for a split second on the deck waveform and then disappear (they're still there i just can't see them)
They're visible ok on the main waveform display.
EDIT: I forgot to add that any new hotcues i create are visible just fine on both waveforms.

Are you possibly using a secondary GPU? See this page for instructions on forcing it over to the other GPU in your computer.
I've figured out what is going on.
Beause my tracks don't initially have the 3band waveform data associated with them, they're getting converted upon loading. When the analysis is finished it doesn't initially show the hotcues. If i load a track again, the hotcues appear ok.
Ah yeah, that's a small hiccup in the render. If you add all the new data that will go away.
After updating to version 6. My pc getting to hoy.
I am using msi gs series.
Any setting i have to do to get rid of this.
Instead of rekordbox box i tried to run many applications but pc is working fine.
