@Michael > The engineers would like to know when you first noticed the crossfader was not aligned to match the display:
1. Right after purchasing the unit
2. After using the unit for a while.
3. After updating to v1.07.
4. After updating to rekordbox 5.8.
Thanks.
Hi!
I'm using rekordbox with the ddj 1000 for a while now and never had that issue before.
A few day ago i updated rekordbox and read the important notice for ddj 1000 users. So i´ve done the firmware update to 1.07 right after updating rekordbox. After this i started rekorbox again and noticed the crossfader issue. Hope this information helps...
Hi!
For your information: Problem solved by reinstalling rekordbox. I have no idea what happened during the update process. But now it seems to be fixed. :-)
Well, glad to hear that worked - I'll pass it along to our engineers, maybe there was something that got changed in the update. Thanks.
Hi!
The problem is there again! Doesn´t changed anything after the reinstallation. It was fixed for 2 sessions then it appears again.
Michael,
Unfortunately our engineers believe this is due to the calibration of the crossfader; please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and they can re-calibrate the crossfader for you.
Hi!
I´m still facing this issue and i don't believe that this is caused by the hardware. There are similiar postings about this in your forums.
