BPM range does not take into account

BPM range does not take into account

I have a track which has a (variable) BPM about 82.

When I analyze it with Dynamic mode, in 68 to 135 BPM interval, the BPM has been set at 165 BPM during the track. How is it possible? 

I recorded it, and uploaded it (with a free screen recorder app, sorry for the quality.)
