DDJ 1000srt and CDJ 1000 mk2 DVS

Hi,

So I currently have a DDJ-1000srt and downloaded the DVS expansion on Serato for this. As well, I recently have purchased two CDJ 1000 mk2's.

The question I have, can I plug in these two CDJs into 2 channels on the DDJ mixer through RCA and have it work on Serato since I already have the DVS downloaded?
