Unexpected application error

Hi,

I am using Windows 10 latest updates and with an DDj-400, everything was configured fine, serial key and etc.

However everytime I try to open the rekordbox I get this error "Unexpected application error", if I press the only button (OK) the application closes and I cannot use it, sometimes if I just ignore it and put it aside on my screen I can use it normally, but many days like today I just simply cannot use it! It has been since I bought this DDJ, how can I solve this for once? I tried many tutorials here is this forum but nonen solve my problem.

I tried everything, update the rekordbox, update Windows, none worked.

Any solutions?
