Pioneer DDJ SZ2 USB port B not working

Hi, just a quick post before I sell it. SZ2 connects to laptop using USB port A but does not connect on USB port B. Have looked all over the internet and there is nothing about this. Usb b light flashes and does not connect to laptop. Have tried uninstalling controller, midi studio, firmware and everything else online.

 

Only other thing would be a master reset or something but not sure how to do this and Pioneer ignore when anybody asks the question.
