rekordbox doesn't see my 500 gb hdd under the device menu !

Hello everyone. I am very tired to trying to fix it but i tryed everything. I am professional about macos and windows and about computer things and works.I know everything about usb and hard drive format and i am dj since 1998.So i really dont understnad why my hard drive showing in rekordbox explorer but not device menu !!! I will get crazy soon. My hdd is FAT32 and working everywhere and i formated a milion times. Please help..
