RekordBox Beat Grid goes offtime transferring files

So I transferred my entire RekordBox Library to another computer to work on a bunch of songs

I set all my cues, transferred them back... and now all of the cues are off by 24 ms... why does this happen???

I've had problems like this before, unbelievably annoying, I can't ever seem to smoothly transfer files from one computer to another
