I am new user I download the rekordbox dj i did everything but did not come up a select speaker and I try to play but no sound nothing not on headphone or not on laptop neither

If you're on a Mac, did you follow the additional instructions?

Plug your headphones into the unit, check the software settings to ensure the headphone output is configured properly.
Hi, I did everything but there still no sound on the pc speakers nor microphones
