DDJ-400 No Master Sound Output

Stopped working out of no where. 

Computer: Macbook Pro

Situation: Via USB, plugged DDJ-400 in and pressed play with no master sound output. Headphones jack works for cue'd songs but no sound, not even static, comes out of the master. No settings or hardware were changed/adjusted.
