XDJ-RX3 Bug - Deck (No Sound)

Today I started my set and after 2 hours of playing I had a bug on deck 1 when loading a track. The bug in question is that I had no sound (only on deck 1) The sound also did not come out of the headphones .. This is the first time a bug has happened to my RX3.. I use SanDisk Extreme Pro 3.2 usb (256Gb) I had to turn the RX3 off on the power button again and then everything started working again. (The RX3 did not freeze) .. I just had no sound on deck 1 I have the latest firmware version installed on the RX3 I was using USB SanDisk Extreme Pro 3.2 (256Gb)

Please someone who can help me?
some people are having the same problem as with the RX3 , (using usb) .. in standalone mode
