Rekordbox 4.0.8 & DDJ-RX Problem

I had a major issue in a gig last night. I'm using 2 decks and at some point I lost control of deck 1. Play and cue buttons didn't work at all on neither the hardware nor the software. I switched to deck 3 and it worked. The problem disappeared after a while, so I switched again to deck 1. A couple of hours later pitch fader stopped working at deck 1. It was only fixed when I rebooted the ddj-rx (that meant no sound at all for 30 seconds). The controller is updated with the latest firmware.
