DJM-S3 Windows Driver Problems

When using Serato with DJM-S3 I have access to both left and right stereo channels of the mixer.

When trying to use Winamp (example) I only have access to one stereo channel of the mixer. Win10 should show all three stereo channels of the mixer. I need to be able to choose which channel I want to output to. It appears like the Win10 S3 Driver is not complete or faulty.

Please advise asap.

That's because WinAmp is using the default WDM driver, whereas Serato uses an ASIO driver to access multiple channels of audio on the hardware. WDM drivers are stereo-only, and thus only have access to the main output, not via a specific channel on the mixer. Sorry.
