How to deactivate license from account to sell controller

I have a Pioneer DDJ RB and I'm about to sell it to someone else. How do I deactivate the license keys from my account so I can hand it his way when it's sold?

DO NOT register the license to another user as @Eder has suggested!

All you need to do is deactivate that license from all of your computers and the user should be able to activate it to their own Pioneer DJ account.

If you need to sell your computer or controller and include the license to new owner , then you follow:

2 Steps:

  1. Options > License > Deactivate all
  2. "Kuvo" menu > privacy settings > account setting > "change"
  3. Create a new account to new owner
  4. Activate the license within his credentials

Each license can be activated at 2 computers at same time with same account.

I don't sell my computer, i only sell the controller with the license keys. Do i need to deactivate the licence at that link? so the keys will work again for his account?

You will need to deactivate the license on your computer before sell, but you can do it following the steps above.

I can't be sure if you will activate the same license with new email and password, even after deactivate on your computer.

I've shared a license one time and the rekordbox dont left me activate the 2nd computer with a different email account, because the license was previously activated on other computer with another e-mail.

You have to try deactivate every computer with your license, before change account e-mail, to discover.

Try this, deactivate your license, change account and try to activate with another e-mail, if it does not works, back to your email and share with the new owner. (Don't use the same password on pioneer account in other services).

Yeah I think I get what you mean, but the buyer has to add it to his account right? If i just deactivate on both my computers, which I did, can he add the license to his account? or do i need to follow the link Theo send in the first answer?

It's just not practical to make another email and try it all over again.

Yeah, the only way we can find it is trying.

The type of support this team (inquiry) can offer to you is deactivate the computer for your e-mail, it can be done by yourself.

They will not change the email if it is attached to the license key.

So if i go deactivate all the licenses at the pc's rekordbox settings, its cool? am i right?

Hi i have now some specific issue. My license is on two computers now, but one of them is damaged and I have new one. The problem is I can't deactivate the license from that broken computer because that pc is completely f.....d :/. S the question is. Can I deactivate license from another computer?
