how can i factory reset ddj sr2 controller?

What's wrong with it that you feel it needs a "reset"?

@Jimmy > If the sample output is the channel, then yes, the volume would certainly depend on the channel fader position. Have you checked that you don't have a custom MIDI control affecting the sampler volume? Open the preferences to the MIDI page, click the SR2 at the top and verify that "Allow Hardware Remapping" is unchecked.

How do I reset to factory settings?   I am getting Stems Isolation notice.  I am using virtual dj where the setting will not hold when I click on the different stems.
