Help again please

So i have 4 big play lists all in key ready to go on Rekordbox

Every time i export to my usb and then load up on my XDJ it is showing me all  my old playlists & not the newest ones i have spent all week preparing,,,

I have tried deleting everything off the the usb and starting from scratch but its just pulling the same playlists up again and again 

any help would be appreciated , Im dj ing tommor and if i can get this sorted would be very helpful
