DDJ SZ : connection Failure with Windows 11

I'm having trouble fully connecting with my ddj sz. I've tried the latest drivers and firmware available. At the moment, there is a no connection trouble shooter that pops up.  I'm using a two-day old gaming laptop with the following specs:

AMD RYZEN 5900

NVIDIA RTX 3070

Windows 11 home

Have you tried using a different USB cable and/or USB port?
